US Law Essentials

This board is intended to help international students and professionals understand the fundamental principles of law in the United States.  General questions and comments about law are welcome.  If you have questions about the structure of federal and state legal systems, the United States Constitution, and procedural and substantive issues, this should be a good place for you.
